At Beyond Cool, we want you to shop with confidence.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, size, or variation, simply return your original order and place a new one.
7-Day Return Policy (Taiwan Orders)
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, orders delivered within Taiwan are eligible for a 7-day cooling-off period beginning on the day after the package is received.
Please note that this is not a trial period. Returned merchandise must remain in its original, unworn condition and be suitable for resale.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and international shipping procedures, all international orders are considered final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.

Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Reason for Return
Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
For orders shipped within Taiwan, return shipping will be arranged by Beyond Cool.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, complimentary gifts, and invoices must be included.
- The product must show no signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or damage.
- The return must be requested within the eligible return period.
Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized & Made-to-Order Items
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Special-size rings (Japanese Size 24 and above)
- Customized diamond or gemstone settings
- Necklace or bracelet length modifications
- Engraved items
- Any product specially made or modified at the customer's request
International Orders
All international orders are final sale unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Worn or Damaged Merchandise
Products showing signs of wear, scratches, staining, misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
Incomplete Returns
Returns submitted without original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, complimentary gifts, or invoices cannot be accepted.
Returns Outside the Eligible Period
Returns requested after the applicable return window will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Credit Card
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Processing time varies depending on your card issuer.
Bank Transfer
For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be remitted to a bank account registered under the original purchaser's name.
Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days after all required information has been confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
We kindly ask that you include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request promptly and work toward the most appropriate resolution.
